Campus Recruitment

KFL believes in continuously creating our future leaders by infusing and developing high-potential fresh talent. We have a structured system of Campus recruitment for Graduate Engineer and Management Trainees. Trainees are put through various technical/non-technical individual & group assignments, along with fun activities such as contests, simulations, social and cultural programmes.

Industry-Institute Collaboration

We provide opportunities for students from various disciplines to pursue an internship with us. We value the fresh perspectives and consider them to be mutually beneficial. In case a student wishes to apply for an internship with us you can apply here by uploading your resume and the letter of intent from your institute.
